Using automatic and semi automatic printing machines we apply Component Identification, Peelable Solder Mask and Carbon Contact Pads.
Using UV cured inks we apply, in a variety of colours, the component identification used by the assembler to locate components. In a similar manner peelable solder mask is applied to the pads where a secondary soldering process is required. Pads for keyboards and switch contacts can also be screen printed in carbon ink to any part of the finished circuit.
CC have legend printing machines, printing direct from digital files, eliminating the need for a series of steps and reducing production time. The machine also offers the flexibility to print barcodes for customers - meaning every PCB can have a unique reference number.
