Final inspection is the customers representative on site working to ensure that the product despatched meets exact requirements.
Every reject board is accounted for at final inspection and logged into our database. This powerful reporting function allows us to highlight trends by department, fault type, product type and individual customer part numbers. This data is used by our process improvement teams to further enhance the robustness of our production processes and procedures.
The department has a full British Standards approved test laboratory.
To ensure that boards arrive in perfect condition we have a vacuum packaging machine. This method of packing gives ultimate protection by removing damaging air and moisture from the product pack whilst keeping it clean, immobile and visible.
Boards are clearly labelled and then packed into boxes where care is taken to keep the weight per box below 20kg. All products are despatched by next day courier and arrive in boxes that are clearly labelled as to content and source.
