- High Tg FR4
- High speed/ low loss materials
High layer count designs may require the lower coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) that this material exhibits.
Tg of up to 180 degrees Centigrade will enable higher soldering temperatures, inherent when there are multiple soldering operations.
Numerous styles are available for designs requiring performance in the GHz range.
